Snow Removal

Driveways, parking areas and walkways cleared through the winter, for the same properties we look after the rest of the year.

Snow clearing is landscape work in winter. The people doing it should know where the pavers end, where the beds are and which edges are worth avoiding with a blade — which is the advantage of the company that built or maintains the property doing it.

Residential and commercial

Homes, commercial sites and HOA properties are all covered, with the scope agreed before the season rather than negotiated during a storm.

Looking after what is underneath

Damage from winter clearing usually shows up in spring: chipped caps, gouged edges, ruined turf at the margins. Knowing the property is how that gets avoided.

What this includes

  • Residential and commercial plowing
  • Walkway clearing
  • Sanding and ice management
  • Snow hauling
  • Seasonal arrangements as well as one-off visits
  • Care taken around pavers, edges and planting

How a project runs

  1. 01 Consultation We come out, walk the property and listen to what you want the space to do.
  2. 02 Plan and quote A plan and a price you can look at and change before anything is dug.
  3. 03 Build Drainage and grading first, then hardscape, then soil and planting — in that order.
  4. 04 Walkthrough We hand it over in person and explain what it needs to stay the way it looks.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take on snow removal only?

Yes, though properties we already maintain get priority, and knowing the site is genuinely useful when it is under snow.

Is it a seasonal contract or per visit?

Either. What suits depends on the property and how much of the winter you want covered without having to call.

Will clearing damage my pavers or lawn edges?

It can, if whoever is doing it does not know what is under the snow. That is the main reason to use the company that looks after the property in summer.
