- 03 Build Drainage and grading first, then hardscape, then soil and planting — in that order.
- 04 Walkthrough We hand it over in person and explain what it needs to stay the way it looks.

Do you maintain landscapes you did not build?
Yes. We will walk the property first so we know what is there and what condition it is in before quoting.
Is maintenance weekly?
It depends on the property and what it needs. We agree a schedule and a scope up front rather than leaving it vague.
Do you also handle snow in winter?
Yes — snow removal runs through the winter, so the same company looks after the property year round.
